Inside Sales Associate

Position Summary:
The Sales Associate role is tailored for a talented, driven, and self-motivated entrepreneurial Inside Sales Representative to support in executing strategy and an increase in sales within our high-value specialty retail channel, with a focus on developing new businesses and growing the Colorado territory. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of our products and brands by prospecting for new customers through cold and warm calls, email campaigns, and establishing and nurturing relationships with upscale independent retailers in the boutique, spa and gift industries. Their duties include, but are not limited to, communicating with customers via phone and email, with a heavy emphasis on outbound calling.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets by proactively generating orders via telephone, consistently representing our brand and company in a highly professional manner.
- Foster and maintain positive and enduring relationships with prospective customers across various stages, from initial contact to conversion.
- Cultivate enthusiasm among customers for seasonal sales promotions, driving active participation.
- Efficiently manage the administrative aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and prompt issue resolution.
- Participate in industry-related events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities, to remain informed about market trends and cultivate potential customer relationships.
- Deliver polished and persuasive presentations to prospects within your designated territory, as well as in response to specific requirements.
- Conduct weekly travel visits to existing and potential clients throughout Colorado, ensuring strong client engagement.
- Remain adaptable and prepared to assume additional responsibilities as required, as the scope of your role may evolve over time.

- Proven Sales Acumen: A minimum of 1+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, showcasing a track record of successfully closing deals and expanding market share within assigned territories.

- Assertive Sales Prowess: A confident and outgoing demeanor, particularly in telephone sales, coupled with a goal-oriented, self-initiating approach and unwavering resilience.
- Motivated Self-Starter: A highly motivated and self-directed professional with excellent facilitation, project management, and organizational skills. Proficient in multitasking and adept at effectively managing competing priorities.
- Adaptability: Proficiency in adapting to a rapidly evolving, intricate, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work environment.
- Professional Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with leadership, management, as well as internal and external clients.
- Analytical Aptitude: Possesses analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the ability to rapidly assimilate new systems and processes.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and expertise in CRM database software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range is between $58,000.00 to $60,000.00 annual earnings potential
- Starting Hourly Rate at $19.23 per hour

Position Details:
- Hybrid Work Schedule Monday through Thursday In-Office (Englewood, CO) from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MT) Friday's Work from Home from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (MT)
- Position: Full-Time Hourly
- Travel: Inside Sales Associate may travel up to 30% of the time

Work Environment
The Sales Associate would work in varied settings to include but not limited to office, retail, and/or warehouse environments with exposure to dust, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures. Locations may vary and travel may be required up to 30% of the time.
