You First Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time, professional Inside Sales Representative for Oral Health Care products.
Weekly Hours:
40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Hours are 8:30-5, NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS.
Compensation:
$18-$20 an hour with BONUS POTENTIAL.
Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will call and nurture company accounts. This position is an integral part of our sales team, advancing our sales process, and the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. Training will be provided.
Job Duties:
- Call all targeted accounts and generate sales from within business client database.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Ensure follow-up with other team members as appropriate.
- Make outbound follow-up calls or emails to existing customers.
- Emphasize product features, benefits and prices.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in company database.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Requirements:
- One to two years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
