Location: Lancaster, PA
Salary: $85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility (including some Saturdays)

Your Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all HVAC installation projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
Manage and support a team of 16+ install leads and helpers through training, performance reviews, and day-to-day coaching
Analyze data to support departmental budgeting and goal setting
Work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the install process
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and customer experience
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience managing HVAC installation teams and full system installs
EPA Certification (required)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach, lead, and resolve conflicts
Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and best practices
Ability to train and mentor technicians to meet high standards of quality and efficiency
