From strength training to sound baths, Bellatec is redefining what fitness feels like. And now, we're adding Reformer Pilates to elevate our members' experience even further.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor who’s ready to bring energy, alignment, and empowerment to the Bellatec community. You’ll lead creative, challenging, and inclusive classes that focus on strength, control, and mobility—meeting members wherever they’re at on their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic, safe, and form-focused Reformer Pilates classes.
- Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
- Build a class culture that’s empowering, body-positive, and welcoming.
- Ensure proper use of Reformer equipment and maintain a clean, safe studio space.
- Arrive early to prep, greet members, and stay after to engage with the community.
- Contribute to the Bellatec vibe—warm, encouraging, and high-energy.
- Support the studio’s efforts to build strong member retention and participation.
Requirements:
- Certified in Reformer Pilates through a recognized training program.
- At least 6 months of experience teaching group Reformer classes preferred.
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
- Strong verbal cueing and ability to give clear, safe instruction.
- Passionate about women's wellness, community, and movement.
- Flexible schedule; weekend or evening availability is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
