What You’ll Do:
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build authentic relationships to uncover gaps in current insurance coverage
- Offer tailored insurance and financial solutions that provide real value
- Represent our agency at local events and community initiatives (typically one per month)
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects while building long-term trust with clients
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a world-class customer experience
- A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by growth and results
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Must be able to obtain (or currently hold) applicable insurance licenses
- You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team that cares deeply about people—both customers and each other
