Nate Thom State Farm is looking for a high-energy, people-focused professional to join our growing team as a New Customer Acquisition Specialist. While the title may read Team Member, this role is anything but average. You’ll be on the front lines of our mission to serve the community by helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build authentic relationships to uncover gaps in current insurance coverage
• Offer tailored insurance and financial solutions that provide real value
• Represent our agency at local events and community initiatives (typically one per month)
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects while building long-term trust with clients
• Collaborate with our team to deliver a world-class customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by growth and results
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
• Must be able to obtain (or currently hold) applicable insurance licenses
