RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
- We will train you for any of the above, selling or the ability to persuade is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses Required (must possess now or possess ability acquire asap)
- Previous/current experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Convincing/Persuasive
- Base Comp (doe)
- Uncapped incentive bonus based on production
