- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- NC Property and Casuality Licensed or able to attain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in insurance customer service or sales
- Spanish speaking is a plus
