Position Summary:
Reflections Lifestyle Center is a leading provider of Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs across five locations in the DFW area. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Insurance & Billing Audit Coordinator to join our Oak Lawn team—our smallest and most close-knit office. This role combines critical back-end support through insurance and billing audits with front-facing responsibilities as our Front Desk Coordinator, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:Insurance & Billing Audit
- Audit billing submissions for accuracy, CPT coding, and payer compliance.
- Monitor session utilization, authorizations, and claim statuses.
- Identify billing discrepancies and assist in resolving denials or underpayments.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external billing partners to ensure reimbursement accuracy and documentation compliance.
- Generate audit reports and support the implementation of improved billing processes.
Front Desk & Operational Support
- Greet and check in clients; maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
- Manage daily office operations including phone and email communication, scheduling, and document collection.
- Ensure all required intake and insurance documentation is collected and accurate.
- Support communication between clinicians, clients, and administrative staff.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with leadership for facility needs.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare billing, insurance audits, or front desk roles (mental health/PHP/IOP experience strongly preferred).
- Understanding of CPT codes, behavioral health billing practices, and insurance policies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and EHR platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
