Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in one or more commercial insurance niches, possess strong sales acumen, and have a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and is eager to grow a book of business to $1M+ in annual revenue. A current, portable book of business is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a niche-focused commercial insurance portfolio
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets (minimum $75K–$100K annually)
- Manage and grow a personal book of business
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize client outcomes and revenue
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Existing, portable book of business strongly preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow a book of business to $1M in annual revenue
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
