- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
MUST HAVE AN NJ PRODUCERS LICENSE AND AGENCY EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and insurance sales is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.03 - $40.00 per hour
