Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and SMS inquiries with professionalism
- Insurance eligibility and benefit verification
- Understanding of medical terminology related to insurance and developmental needs
- Schedule initial and ongoing appointments
- Collaborate with therapy team to build and maintain caseload schedules
- Support billing processes and maintain patient records
- Perform general clerical tasks and maintain office cleanliness
Job Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant with minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical office (preferably in a pediatric therapy practice)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Previous experience using EMR systems
- Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable delegating tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
- Positive attitude, reliable, and passionate about working with children and their families
- Bilingual
