Our intake sales specialist is responsible for taking warm leads and making successful sales conversions
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead Qualification:They assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Meeting Scheduling: Scheduling introductory meetings or product demonstrations for qualified leads with Account Executives.
- CRM Management:They maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects within the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Intake Specialists work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Product Knowledge:They need to be knowledgeable about their company's products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Following Up: They close leads by providing relevant information and building relationships, even if they aren't immediately ready to buy.
- Reporting:They track and report on their activities, including calls made, emails sent, and meetings scheduled, to measure their performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication is crucial for engaging with prospects.
- Sales Skills: They need strong sales and negotiation skills to pique interest and move leads through the sales funnel.
