What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients. First impressions matter, your words will shape how we're seen.
- Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
- Ensure no lead goes unanswered. Your follow-through could change someone’s life.
- Accurately enter information so our legal team can move fast to help our clients.
- Assess potential clients. You help us make sure we help the right people.
You'll Fit In Here If:

- You’re comfortable on the phone, quick-thinking, and confident when speaking.
- You can type while talking and stay organized under pressure.
- You’ve worked in sales or customer service and know how to connect and convert with warmth.
