About Us
Integrated Sensory was founded by a mother who walked the path firsthand — fighting for support for her own children and building the kind of place she wished existed for her family. Today, we’re a trauma-informed wellness center rooted in neuroscience and real-life compassion. We serve children, teens, and adults by addressing behavior and regulation at the root — through sensory coaching, calming strategies, and a whole-person approach.
Position Overview
As an Integrated Sensory Coach, you’ll work directly with individuals to support regulation, daily living skills, and overall wellness using sensory-informed strategies. You’ll lead coaching sessions, communicate with families, and assist with documentation and office tasks during your shift.
We’re looking for someone who is grounded, growth-oriented, and genuinely passionate about helping others thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sensory integration and regulation-based coaching sessions
- Support emotional and behavioral regulation using movement and calming tools
- Assist clients in building independence and functional life skills
- Communicate goals and progress with caregivers
- Complete session documentation and assist with required office duties such as follow-ups, environment upkeep, and prep
- Help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all clients
Qualifications
- Experience with children, neurodivergence, or trauma-informed care is highly valued
- Background in education, psychology, OT/PT assistant roles, coaching, or related fields a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay regulated and calm under pressure
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- CPR certification and background check required before start
What We Offer
- Paid training in trauma-informed care, sensory tools, and nervous system regulation
- A supportive and family-first workplace — built by a mom, for families
- Opportunities for ongoing growth in the wellness and neurodevelopment space
- Flexible part-time shifts that fit your life
