Our client, a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm known for its focus on technology and life sciences, is seeking a Junior Trademark Associate (1 to 4 years of experience ONLY) to join its internationally recognized trademark practice.
This position is open in the firms Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., or New York offices and offers the opportunity to work with a market-leading team advising innovative global brands.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1 to 4 years of experience (ONLY) in trademark law, including prosecution, counseling, and both domestic and international enforcement
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and interest in working across a wide variety of trademark matters for technology and life sciences clients
Bar admission in the jurisdiction of the respective office is required, or candidates must be eligible to sit for or waive into the relevant bar.
