As an Interior Foreman in our commercial construction team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the interior construction activities of our projects. This position demands a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in commercial construction, a deep understanding of interior construction processes, and excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction plans
- Implement and manage project schedules ensuring timely completion of interior phases
Supervision & Leadership
- Lead and supervise a team of interior construction workers providing guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and accountability
Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest quality standards are met in all construction activities
- Identify and address any deviations from project specifications, working closely with the project team to implement corrective measures
Resource Management
- Efficiently allocate labor equipment and materials to maximize productivity and meet goals
- Monitor and control project expenses related to interior construction keeping costs within budgetary constraints
Communication
- Maintain open and clear communication channels with project stakeholders providing regular updates on progress challenges and solutions
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of interior construction
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interior construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and documents
- Knowledge of construction management software is a plus
- Potential candidates must be willing to submit to a preemployment drug screening to be considered for hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
