Key Responsibilities & Duties: -
● Research, track, and update potential business leads regularly.
● Conduct cold outreach calls to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
● Qualify leads by contacting potential clients and assessing their business needs. ● Execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage key clients and prospects.
● Maintain and update a lead generation database with accurate and current information.
● Perform customer research and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights for lead qualification.
● Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals and sales presentations for prospects.
● Provide timely and accurate updates to management regarding lead status and opportunities.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to enhance the sales process.
● Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills & Attributes: -
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong experience in cold calling and generating new business leads.
● Ability to conduct market and customer research, maintaining databases effectively.
● Experience in selling financial services, particularly in the AU, US, and UK markets.
● Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Experience using CRM software to manage and track leads and communications.
● Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
● Previous experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience: -
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in International Lead Generation and Sales.
● Prior experience in selling financial services in the Australian/New Zealand (AUNZ) markets is preferred
