Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Manager to oversee our online sales initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in managing our online inventory, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective online engagement.
Duties
- Manage and optimize the company's online sales platforms to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential customers to generate leads.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with customers to address inquiries and support their purchasing decisions.
- Implement inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained across all online platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support, including upselling products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up practices.
- Assist in training team members on best practices for online customer interaction and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and systems.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
