Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms, Vinsolutions , guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through online channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Utilize organizational skills to track leads and sales activities accurately.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and relevant.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads generated from online inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience in dealership environments or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
