Job Title: Cinnamon Shore Style Inventory Associate
Reporting Structure: Director of Merchandise/Chief of Staff
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining inventory operations and overseeing executing daily deliveries, inputting into POS System, analyze data reports, and ensure accuracy of inventory to meet revenue goals.
Key Functions:
1. Develop and implement procedures for managing inventory, tracking inventory levels, and ensure accurate counts in Square.
2. Receive stock in POS system and organize merchandise in storage rooms & warehouse.
3. Ensure all elements of inventory are accurate in square including counts, costs, msrp’s, category, vendor, locations, photos, etc.
- Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and ensure accurate counts.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and improve inventory control procedures, ensure the accuracy of inventory records, report any changes or trends to manager and reconcile actual stock counts, costs, and retails in Square.
6. Monitor inventory and run daily and/or weekly inventory reports and alert Director of reorder needs and issues.
7. Ensure items sold on website have accurate inventory and maintain list of items that need to be shot for website. Maintain rack/list of items not yet on sales floors.
8. Maintain list of items needed to shoot for the website.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and customer purchase trends to ensure goals are met and core inventory is always available.
10. Oversee and coordinate team of associates, assign duties and prepare daily and weekly tasks to assist with inventory.
11. Communicate with associates about low or out of stock inventory and incoming inventory. Maintain list of items needed from FBO.
12. Perform Retail Associate tasks alongside the team like checking out customers, restocking, day to day tasks, etc.
13. Train and supervise new and current associates on inventory SOP’s.
14. Maintain the general appearance of the stockrooms & FBO so they remain clean, stocked, organized and presentable at all times.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as needed and requested.
Key Functions:

· Previous experience with Inventory Management or related position.
· Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
· Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Basic computer and math skills.
· Time management. Dependable.
· Flexible schedule. Some weekend and Holiday work is required.
· Some manual labor like carrying boxes, moving displays, rearranging merchandise, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
