We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Investor Relations Analyst EARNINGS to join our Investor Relations team. This role will play a pivotal part in preparing and communicating Siemens Healthineers' financial results and strategic updates to the investment community.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst EARNINGS will assist in developing earnings communications, analyzing financial data, and supporting investor engagement activities. This position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and FAQs.
Analyze financial performance, market trends, and competitor data to provide insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Support coordination and execution of quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Monitor shareholder activity and analyst coverage; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure compliance and consistent messaging.
Assist with regulatory filings and disclosure documentation as needed.
Qualifications
4 8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 $165,000 annually (based on experience)
