JOB SUMMARY:
The ISSO-Records Manager provides support for the Engineer Link Interactive (ENGLink) system, an enterprise-wide web-based application. ENGLink facilitates real-time tracking of personnel, events, and team readiness during emergency response and recovery operations. The ISSO-Records Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of records for the system, ensuring they are properly secured, and complying with relevant regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage ENGLink instances through all six phases of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
- Maintain an Automated Information System package within a DoD instance of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
- Integrate cybersecurity activities into the development and maintenance of web-based applications, databases, and supporting resources.
- Identify and implement applicable Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
- Evaluate effectiveness against security compliance frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, PHI).
- Implement Army records management policy?s and ensure records are accurate and disposed of in line with records disposition.
- Ensure all legal and administrative requirements are complied with.
- Review, identify and deactivate or archive data and records as applicable.
- Keep current on requirements for Army Archive and National Archive requirements.
- Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned.
