Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technology support tickets pertaining to both hardware and software issues via in-person interaction, telephone, or remote access software.
- Set up and configure new PCs and establish user accounts in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices, including scanners, printers, and copiers.
- Support senior IT staff with ongoing internal IT projects.
- Assist with fundamental network infrastructure tasks and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 desktop applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Address and resolve common technical issues such as password resets, access permission adjustments, and email configuration modifications.
- Provide technical support for the company’s VOIP phone system.
- Assist in the management of cloud services, specifically Amazon Workspaces.
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate inventory records for all technology equipment.
Requirements:
- An Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Two years of experience in the technology sector preferred
- Possession of foundational IT skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365
