About the Position
The IT Manager will oversee the agency?s information technology infrastructure, manage software and hardware systems, ensure data security and HIPAA compliance, and support the integration of healthcare technologies. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the digital needs of a growing home care organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an IT ticketing system to log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain, track and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems; Evaluate organizational technology usage and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing hardware, software, or process upgrades as needed.
- Ensure reliable and efficient internet, phone (GoTo), and remote access for field staff and office personnel.
- Manage cloud-based systems and electronic health records (EHR) platforms; Oversee data backup processes, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution for computer, system, and electronic equipment issues across the team.
- Manage IT onboarding for new administrative staff, ensuring smooth setup and access to necessary systems and tools.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational systems and data.
- Develop and maintain clear IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support standardization and compliance.
- Provide training for new and existing employees on emerging technologies and cybersecurity best practices to promote effective and secure system use.
- Perform routine audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Oversee relationships with software vendors, service providers, and potential external partners to ensure alignment with organizational needs and goals.
- Lead and manage IT initiatives, including system migrations, software deployments, and technology setup for new office locations.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Compensation:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year, depending on experience
