Service Delivery Manager
Location: Remote with occasional on-site visits in Prince William County, VA
Salary Range: $119,604.00 – $128,027.00 annually

About the Role:
Xplicit Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Oracle Cloud managed services engagement with Prince William County. You will serve as the primary client interface, ensuring timely delivery of services, SLA adherence, and effective governance across all support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day service operations, customer communications, and status reporting
- Oversee SLA compliance and manage service performance metrics
- Drive continual service improvement and escalation handling
- Coordinate service desk, technical leads, and functional analysts
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and governance sessions
- Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer from incumbent vendors
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- PMP or ITIL v4 certification required
- 10+ years’ experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM service delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
