An exciting opportunity for an IT Technical Analyst is now available in our Information Technology Department. As a Technical Analyst, you will provide first-level support for Information Technology technologies, including but not limited to: computer hardware, peripherals, software, network, and tele-communications. As part of our IT Help Desk you will be responsible for determining the nature and scope of the customer's issue and appropriate response for solution.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in related field preferred
2 Years of IT support in a large corporation or in healthcare or IT certifications in lieu of experience preferred
Experience working in health care technology preferred
COVID vaccination and annual influenza vaccination or declination required
Required Skills:
- Knowledge or information systems development, implementation, and management normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or comparable industry experience.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated oral and written communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Evidence of mastery level expertise in one computing technology.
- Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications. Ability to analyze technical components to search out solutions for the health care facility.
