ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide general administrative assistance for all areas under the CIO’s supervision.
2. Monitor and report to the CIO and the Manager of Technology available cash flow of all Information Technology GL accounts. Prepare budgetary information on a monthly basis, or as needed.
3. Assist with the purchase of supplies and equipment and the preparation of IT-related Purchase Orders; interact with vendors to provide pricing, availability, and information for requested items; monitor the delivery of IT-related items, and monitor payment of all associated invoices.
4. Compile, prepare and distribute bid and RFP proposals and other like materials; answer or direct questions about the process; and prepare acceptance and rejection letters.
5. Maintain comprehensive annual maintenance agreement information and work with the Manager of Technology to ensure that they are handled.
6. Compose and prepare minutes for all Committee and Team meetings under the CIO’s supervision.
7. Maintain proficiency with specific office productivity software, such as, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other emerging technologies.
8. Performs research and undertakes special projects designated by the CIO and managers under the CIO’s supervision. Collects data and information and produces reports as requested.
9. Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Education:
Associate’s Degree or Certificate in IT or Administration required.
Experience:
At least two years full-time related experience in an IT or Administrative field required.
Outstanding organizational skills; strong customer-service orientation; experience working in a team environment; self-directed and self-motivated with ability to multi-task, work independently, use initiative, make decisions and manage time; requires high level of proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; exercises confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is frequently required to: 1) Type or otherwise work with fingers; 2) Talk expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers or clients accurately, loudly, or quickly; 3) Hearing – perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with/without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and make the discriminations in sound; 4) Specific vision abilities required by this job include: viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.
Sedentary work may require occasionally lifting of up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 25 pounds. This work involves sitting most of the time with walking and sitting.
TRAVEL:
No travel is required for this position except for occasional meetings.
Experience
