ENSYNC DIVERSIFIED MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC is looking for a Janitor to join our team in Millington, TN.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Part Time 6 Hours a Day)
Pay: competitive hourly rate based on skill level
ENSYNC Diversified Management Services Inc is searching for a hard-working janitor to add to our growing staff. In this position, it will be your job to keep our buildings clean. As part of that goal, you’ll be asked to complete many different cleaning tasks.
For example, you’ll be responsible for sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming our floors. You’ll also need to restock restroom supplies and ensure that our bathrooms remain clean and sanitary. Some of your other tasks will include disposing of trash, collecting waste from throughout the building, and cleaning up spills when they occur.

Janitor Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building
Vacuum, sweep, and mop the floors
Restock supplies in the restroom and ensure that it remains sanitary
Perform minor repairs throughout the building
Clean up spills and other messes as they arise
Ensure that the doors are locked at night
Maintain our cleaning supplies and equipment
Janitor Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
Physical ability to remain standing for most of your shift
Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks is preferred

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, general knowledge of cleaning supplies preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, and have good communication skills. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as it pertains to maintaining the cleanliness of the building, following instructions, receiving instructions from supervisor, etc… Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work in all weather conditions including inclement weather. Physical demands include the ability to lift, bend and stoop while performing other duties.
