Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all occupants. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- General cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Picking up litter, garbage, and debris on premises
- Restock restroom supplies
- Removing trash from trash bins and cleaning the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Other janitorial duties as assigned.
- Cross train and cover duties as needed within the guard shack, wash bay, detail, bay, and/or grounds and maintenance work around the terminal.
- Supplement the grounds/facilities needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
