We at Global Gold & Silver are seeking a Jewelry eCommerce Sales Associate to join our team! You are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's eCommerce sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service. Detailed descriptions and organization are of primary importance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
- Ability to photograph jewelry with personal phone or camera
- Ability to work as a team
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Participate in all areas of office operation including merchandising, displays, maintenance and cleaning
- Must be able to drive and have a vehicle for post office drop offs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven history of selling in a retail/eCommerce environment
- Superior communication skills
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
- One to three years of jewelry retail experience (will train if needed)
- GIA certification preferred (not required)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Monday to Friday work week
