Compensation:$42,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Engage & Inspire Clients – Build genuine relationships with clients, guiding them through the jewelry selection process with expertise, enthusiasm, and care.
- Clientele & Follow-Up – Stay connected with clients, following up thoughtfully to ensure they find or create the perfect piece while fostering long-term relationships.
- Jewelry Expertise & Trend Awareness – Bring a strong knowledge of diamonds, colored gemstones, fashion, and bridal jewelry while staying up to date on industry trends and innovations.
- Luxury Sales Proficiency – Confidently sell high-end luxury jewelry, understanding the nuances of quality, craftsmanship, and emotional significance in fine jewelry purchases.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Listen to clients’ needs and collaborate with the team to provide creative solutions, whether through existing inventory, special orders, or custom design opportunities.
- Humble & Eager to Learn – Embrace ongoing learning, feedback, and professional growth, understanding that mastery in jewelry sales is a continuous journey.

- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- At least 2 years of jewelry-specific sales experience in a retail jewelry store environment
- Ability to work full-time on location (this is not a remote job)
- Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays during the holiday season)
- Experience with the EDGE POS system is a plus but not required
- Understanding of how to take in jewelry repairs a plus
