Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Advertising Specialist to join our team as a part-time contractor. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing advertising campaigns on TikTok and TikTok Shop. The primary responsibility will be driving traffic to our clients' TikTok Shop and other destinations by optimizing and managing high-performing advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across TikTok and TikTok Shop
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and create tailored advertising strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular detailed reports to clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid media advertising
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution of campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing successful paid media campaigns on TikTok
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Proficiency in using advertising platform tools and features
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization principles
- Experience with third-party tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
This is a part-time contractor position with flexible hours, and the candidate can work remotely. The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
