The UPS Store is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and handle cash/card payments
Keep the store organized, clean, and fully stocked
Answer phone inquiries and provide accurate service information
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with basic math and computer skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
