We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support our day-to-day logistics operations and help maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments (both on-island and off-island); verify contents against purchase orders and invoices, report any discrepancies or damages, and forward documentation to Buyers.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory by labeling, organizing, processing returns, and assisting with regular cycle counts
- Fulfill replenishment requests through manual entry or inventory management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the Annual Inventory process.
- Pick up and deliver mail or packages as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to support daily logistics and warehouse operations.
