We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you’ll provide exceptional service and contribute to a welcoming in-store environment that enhances the customer experience and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and offer personalized product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support store sales goals through effective upselling and outstanding customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable operating a POS system and handling basic cash and math-related tasks.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to delivering a positive shopping experience.
