We are willing to give in house training and opportunity to create a career as a Dental Lab Technician with training from a dental lab owner/technician who has been in the industry for over 30 years in the Four Corner’s region. Develop your skills and express your artistic talent in a positive, supportive work environment to create a product that will help improve the lives of dental patients.
Initial Key Responsibilities:
- Denture set up
- Model work
- CAD crown design
- CAM nesting and milling
- Case delivery
- Later: crown and bridge finish work, crown and bridge adjustment, restoration staining and glazing, workflow efficiency, case finishing, product development
Qualifications and Skills
- Skilled with working with your hands -- experience using one's hands for detailed, artistic design while also being able transfer those skills into a computerized framework.
- Proven Team Player.
- Great work ethic.
- Hungry to master new skills in both a digital and hands on environment.
- True drive to exceed client expectations.
- Previous experience in a dental office or laboratory setting is favorable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge is helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
