We are looking for a motivated, hands on Junior General Manager to join our leadership team and support the day-to-day operations at the Grafton location. This role is designed for individuals with leadership potential who are ready to step into full GM responsibilities.
The Junior General Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing daily operations, managing team performance , and driving exceptional customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity for continued growth and development into a General Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and oversee store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and fun environment.
- Maintain Crumbl's brand standards in quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Train, coach, and support team members, ensuring they're set up for success.
- Manage inventory, ordering and food safety protocols.
- Monitor labor and production to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Scheduling
- Hiring, onboarding and performance management.
- Lead by example, embodying Crumbl's values and positive culture.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in a food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food preparation techniques, and food service management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests, and staff.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in shift management with a focus on optimizing team performance.
