Overview
We are on the hunt for a sharp, instinctive Talent Scout to help us find the outliers—the people with drive, edge, and potential to build what doesn’t yet exist. You might be early in your recruiting journey (1–3 years in sourcing, coordination, or recruiting), but you already have the eye. You know great when you see it—and you don’t wait for it to apply.
You’ll lead searches across investing, engineering, and platform roles, working closely with hiring managers to define success, craft strategy, and close exceptional people. You’ll coordinate across the full funnel—from sourcing to close—while ensuring every candidate experience is crisp and clear. If you’re fascinated by what drives human performance and love helping people find the right arena to compete and grow, this is your shot.
This is a remote role, with travel for in-person work and retreats..
