Junior Sales Representative – Dental Technology Services
Location: On-site | 540 Avis Drive, Suite H, Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Sodium Dental is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will focus on cold calling dental offices to promote our dental sensor repair services. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role with a flexible, part-time schedule—as long as you're working in-office during business hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Cold call dental practices to generate interest in our sensor repair services
- Qualify leads and handle introductory sales conversations
- Earn direct commissions on repair sales you close
- Receive partial commissions for successful warm handoffs to senior sales reps
- Maintain records of customer outreach and activity in our CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and handling rejection professionally
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
