Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to government agencies and organizations in managing jurisdictional data and systems related property appraisals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to government agencies and organizations in relation to MCAD data.
- Develop and maintain documentation for jurisdictional data in our database.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of jurisdictional data.
- Provide timely and effective support to government agencies and organizations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of jurisdictional information.
- Adhere to MCAD's policies and procedures when communicating and collaborating with TAC's and taxing entities.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in acquiring and maintaining taxing unit data.
- Provide estimates and certificates of value.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or jurisdictional support in lieu of degree.
- Professional certifications such as Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA) must be completed within 2 years.
- Prior experience working in the public sector preferred.
