We are seeking a passionate and dedicated licensed educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic experiences of our students, guiding them through their educational journeys while promoting critical thinking and pecnrsonal growth and development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all educational programs adhere to local educational standards and regulations for home schooling and tutoring.
- Family Support & Recommendations: Provide actionable advice to families for supporting their child’s learning in the home environment.
- Lesson Plan Development: Create detailed and comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards while catering to the individual needs of each student.
- Teaching and Classroom Management: Teach K-12th grade standards according to outlined lesson plans within a structured educational setting. Create and implement student-centered differentiated behavior intervention plans within the classroom.
- Progress Reporting: Ensure that progress reports are shared with parents in a clear, understandable, and timely manner.
- Assessment-Based Instruction: Use assessment data to adjust instructional strategies and make necessary changes to the program to improve student outcomes.
- Tracking & Analysis: Implement systems to track and analyze student performance, working with the Executive Director of Educational Programs to review data.
- Professional Development: Assist in organizing regular professional development opportunities for staff, as well as providing performance feedback.
- Evaluation & Refinement: Continuously evaluate lesson plans, refining them based on student feedback, outcomes, and input from staff and parents.
- Goal Setting: Develop and implement measurable "Goals at a Glance" for progress monitoring, ensuring that student achievement can be effectively tracked and evaluated.
Skills & Qualifications Likely Required:
- Education & Experience: Background in education
- Knowledge of Educational Standards: Familiarity with both state and federal educational regulations and standards for homeschooling.
- Assessment & Data Analysis: Ability to use assessment data to inform instruction and make adjustments as necessary.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with parents and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, including lesson planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications
