Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kettle Corn Popper to join our team. This role involves the preparation and production of delicious kettle corn, ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production and a willingness to learn the art of kettle corn popping.
Duties
- Operate kettle corn popping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the popping process to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in managing inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for production.
- Set up, break down and clean up of occasional events
- This a nights and weekends job from 4pm- 9pm or until you are cleaned up and ready to go, and Mid-day sunday, weather permitting.
- Demand may require additional hours as we progress.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
- Attention to detail is necessary.
- Familiarity with cooking and hot equipment is a plus.
- Previous experience in food production or similar environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
