About Us:
Stu’s is Hiring! Our Home Improvement Outlet offers home improvement items—cabinets, doors, flooring, appliances, furniture, and more—at deeply discounted prices. The proceeds support our nonprofit, Restoration Works, which provides critical home repairs, mentorship, and support our Veterans, families and individuals in crisis.
We’re looking for a Manager in Training / Key Holder who is:

- Can work weekends. This role includes evenings and weekends.

Store Hours:
Monday - Friday 9AM-8 PM-
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Must be available to rotate weekends with other team members and work until 6 PM or when the last customer leaves.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a helpful, friendly attitude
- Recommend products and explain features and benefits
- Learn all departments: furniture, flooring, doors, paint, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions using point-of-sale system
- Share our mission and the impact of every purchase
- Help with inventory intake and merchandising
- Training of new associates
Requirements:
- One year in Management or Retail Keyholder Experience.
- Steady Job time
- Smile and Have Fun
- No Degree Required!
- Motivated to help our store meet sales goals so we can help others
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
