We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Toy Store Employee to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right products.
- Maintain product knowledge and offer recommendations based on customer needs.
- Keep the store organized and well-stocked by arranging shelves, restocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and sorting new shipments.
- Help create a positive shopping experience by maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals and store performance objectives.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable with a strong passion for working with children and families.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours.
- Ability to lift and move toys or merchandise when necessary.
