Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist with clerical duties as needed, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Support bilingual communication efforts within the office to enhance client relations.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Experience with data entry and clerical work, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
