Overview
Harmony Arts is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Aerialist / Circus Instructor to lead beginner-level classes for 1st–8th grade homeschool students. If you love sharing aerial arts, stretching, strength-building, and circus tricks with kids in a safe and supportive way, this is a great opportunity to do what you love and inspire a love for circus arts!
What You’ll Do
- Teach fun, beginner-friendly aerial and circus skills (aerial, tumbling, juggling, hoop, stilts, dance, etc. Any or All!)
- Create a safe, encouraging space where students can explore movement and try new things.
- Help kids build strength, flexibility, and confidence through hands-on practice.
- Supervise closely to maintain safety during all activities and equipment use.
- Keep the energy positive and motivating—celebrate progress, creativity, and teamwork.
- No performances.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in aerial arts, gymnastics, circus, or dance.
- Comfortable leading groups of kids and keeping class energy upbeat.
- Safety-minded, responsible, and great at giving kids the confidence to try new skills.
- Enjoys working with beginner students and sparking curiosity in the circus arts.
Open Schedules
- Tuesdays (Whittier): 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
- Wednesdays (Fountain Valley): 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Thursdays (Cypress): 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
- Thursdays (Orange): 3:40 pm – 4:40 pm
