Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen/Bathroom Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen/bathroom spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout the design and remodeling process. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage accounts will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen/bathroom design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen/bathroom layouts using design software, incorporating elements such as cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and appliances.
- Provide expert advice on lighting design to enhance the functionality and ambiance of kitchen/bathroom spaces.
- Manage client accounts through the entire design process, from initial consultation to project completion.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote kitchen/bathroom design services and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new leads in retail sales environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and products to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales, retail sales, or account management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with lighting design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in remodeling projects will be beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
