Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations
- Clean fryers and grease traps
- Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
- Work at fry station (Fries, Onion Rings, Wings, Mozzarella Sticks)
- Work at grill station (grill steak, chicken and veggies to make cheesesteaks)
- Follow all food health and safety requirements
- Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage
- Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors
Kitchen Staff Requirements
- Food handler’s Permit (King County)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant preferred
- Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ pounds
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $17.25 per hour
