We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional food service to our guests. Duties
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking various ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the cooking staff during peak hours by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks as needed.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food service areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Adhere to all health regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
