We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to creating exceptional appetizers & main courses for our guests. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork & attention to detail are essential.
Weekends are a MUST. We have a full calendar of events for the year & need reliable, dependable individuals.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the culinary team by performing various tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
